Frequently asked questions
Everything owners ask us before they book a call. If your question is not here, ask it on the call and you will get a straight answer.
What does Remote Talent Hub do?
Remote Talent Hub is an Australian offshore staffing business based in Milton, Queensland. We recruit, employ and support vetted assistants in the Philippines who work Australian hours inside your systems. We specialise in strata management, building and facilities management, property, trades and bookkeeping.
How much does it cost?
A dedicated assistant costs between $1,200 and $2,500 a month in Australian dollars. Where you sit in that range depends on the scope of the role, the hours, the seniority of the person and the software they need to know. There is no recruitment fee, no placement fee and no setup fee.
How fast can someone start?
A shortlist of three candidates within 72 hours of the brief call, and typically a start date within 7 to 10 business days. The Australian average time to hire is 28.1 days according to SEEK.
What is the guarantee?
If the person we place is not performing to the agreed standard, we replace them free of charge within the first six months. No second recruitment fee and no restarted contract.
Where are the assistants based?
The Philippines. They work your Australian business hours in your time zone.
Do I need to set up a company in the Philippines?
No. We employ the assistant through our Philippines HR partner and handle the contract, payroll, statutory contributions and compliance. You receive one Australian tax invoice each month.
Who manages the assistant day to day?
You direct the work, we handle the employment. Your Remote Talent Hub account manager runs the 30-day onboarding, checks in weekly and handles anything HR related.
What software do your assistants know?
It depends on the role. Commonly StrataMax, MYBOS and Urbanise for strata and building management, Xero and MYOB for bookkeeping, simPRO, ServiceM8 and AroFlo for trades, and Canva, Mailchimp, Klaviyo and HubSpot for marketing. We screen against your stack before you interview.
How do you screen candidates?
English assessment, role-specific skills testing, a work sample from your world, a structured interview and reference checks. We also check their home setup for power backup, internet redundancy and a private workspace.
Is my data secure?
Your assistant works inside your systems under your access controls, the same as an onshore employee. We sign confidentiality agreements, apply role-based access and can work to your IT and security policy. You own every account and can revoke access at any time.
What happens if my assistant is sick or on leave?
Tell your account manager. For short absences we arrange cover from the delivery team where the role allows it. Leave entitlements are managed by us, not by you.
Can I meet the candidates before I decide?
Yes. You interview all three shortlisted candidates by video and you make the choice. If none of them fit, we source again at no cost.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Thirty days notice ends the engagement.
Can I hire multiple assistants?
Yes. Multi-seat arrangements are common and are priced per seat. Eximius Building Management started with one and added a second as they grew.
What size businesses do you work with?
Mostly Australian small and medium businesses, from sole operators through to firms with 50 staff. The common factor is a pile of repeatable administrative work and a reason not to add another local salary.
What is Super Nice Talent?
