The content here is general information about our services. It is not advice, legal, financial, employment or otherwise, and you should not rely on it as a substitute for professional advice about your own circumstances.
Prices and estimates
Published prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. They are indicative and may change. Cost comparisons, savings figures and the Support Gap Scorecard results are estimates built on published Australian salary, superannuation and recruitment data and on the figures you enter. They are not quotes and not financial advice. Your actual position depends on your own circumstances and you should confirm it with your accountant.
The Support Gap Scorecard
The scorecard is a free self-assessment tool. Its output is a general indication based on your answers, not a professional assessment of your business. By submitting it you agree we may contact you about your result and about our services.
Placements
Nothing on this website is an offer of employment or a binding offer of services. Any placement is governed by the service agreement signed by both parties, which sets out the fee, the notice period, the replacement guarantee and the obligations of each side. Where these terms and that agreement differ, the agreement applies.
Our guarantee
The 6-month replacement guarantee described on this site applies as set out in your service agreement. In summary, if a placed assistant is not performing to the standard agreed, we will replace them at no additional recruitment cost within the first six months of their start date.
Intellectual property
The content, design, logos and materials on this website belong to Remote Talent Hub. You may read and share links to them. You may not copy, reproduce or republish them commercially without our written permission.
Third-party links and services
This site links to third-party services including our booking calendar and social media pages. We are not responsible for their content or their terms.
Liability
We provide this website as is. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from your use of it or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes any right or guarantee you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Changes
We may change these terms. The current version is always on this page with the date it was last changed.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
