How it works
Six stages from the first call to a person doing your work. You are directly involved in two of them, and the total time you spend is under two hours.
The whole process, start to finish
Brief call, 30 minutes
Nic or Adrian runs it. We cover what the role needs to do, the hours, the software, what good looks like at 90 days, and the budget. If we are not the right answer we will tell you on this call rather than three weeks in.
We source and screen, 72 hours
Our Philippines recruitment partner sources against your brief. Candidates pass an English assessment, role-specific skills testing, a work sample and a structured interview before they reach your shortlist. You receive three profiles with test work and our notes.
You interview and choose
Video interviews, usually 30 minutes each, at a time that suits you. You pick. If none of the three are right, we go back and source again at no cost and no delay to your terms.
We employ them, you direct them
We handle the employment contract, payroll, statutory contributions and compliance through our Philippines partner. You do not need a local entity, an ABN in the Philippines or an employment lawyer. You receive one Australian tax invoice a month.
Thirty-day success path
Week one is systems, access and shadowing. Week two is supervised work. Weeks three and four move to independent output against an agreed task list. Your account manager checks in weekly and runs a formal 30-day review with you.
Scale when it is working
Most clients who add a second seat do it inside a year. Eximius Building Management started with one assistant and added a second as they grew.
What we screen for before you see anyone
The reason the shortlist is only three is that most candidates do not survive the screening. We would rather send you three people who can do the job than twelve CVs to read.
- English. Written and spoken, assessed against the role, not a generic test.
- Role skills. Tested against your actual software and task list.
- Work sample. A real task from your world, marked before you see it.
- Reliability and fit. Structured interview plus reference checks.
- Home setup. Power backup, internet redundancy and a private workspace.

Questions about the process
How fast can Remote Talent Hub place someone?
Three shortlisted candidates within 72 hours of the brief call, and typically a start date within 7 to 10 business days. The comparison point is 28.1 days, which is the average Australian time to hire according to SEEK.
Who does the interviewing?
We screen first, you interview second. Our screening covers English proficiency, role-specific skills testing, a work sample and a personality and reliability assessment. You interview only the three who came through it.
What is included in the monthly fee?
The assistant's salary and statutory entitlements, our recruitment and screening, employment contracting and payroll through our Philippines partner, your Australian account manager, ongoing HR support and the 6-month replacement guarantee. There is no separate recruitment fee.
What do I have to provide?
System access, a clear list of the work you want moved, and someone in your business who will answer questions in the first fortnight. That is the whole obligation.
Tell us the role. We will send you three shortlisted people within 72 hours.
A 30-minute call, no obligation and no recruitment fee. You will leave it knowing exactly what the role costs, who we would put forward and how fast they can start.
